It can take a lot of courage for men to talk to someone about what is worrying them but it is important to do so. I offer a highly professional but friendly counselling service

At some points in life each of us can feel down, depressed, hopeless or worthless often combined with feelings of stress, tension and anxiety. Talking to someone can help with feelings of being stuck or trapped in a situation. I offer a highly professional but also warm and friendly environment where you can talk about whatever is causing your difficulties.

I work from my home-based practice which has easy parking. My fee is £50 per hour.

In the academic work that I do alongside my counselling practice I have researched male mental health and understand how difficult it can be for men to get appropriate help. I aim to apply the latest research findings on male psychology in my counselling and psychotherapeutic work with men.
